How do I add code for dynamically created controls?

I am creating Combo Boxes dynamically and I would like them all to have the same code for certain events. I read one thread where the answer was to use the addhandler method. Unfortunately, I am completely unfamiliar with this event and how to use it. There was a reference to a " 101 VB.Net Examples " link which I cannot find. Of course, that thread is now 7 years old so the link must have been removed. Can anybody give me that link or an explanation on how to use the addhandler method? Mind you, I am only a low-level novice so I will learn more from specific examples than descriptions.
