VS 2010 Publishing error

When I try to publish (menu-project-publish) my project I end up getting the following error(s):

Error 1 Failed to copy file 'C:\Users\David\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\Catsyl3\Catsyl3\bin\Release\app.publish\Catsyl3.application' to 'C:/Program Files/Application Files/Catsyl3_1_0_0_0/Catsyl3.application'. Unable to add 'Application Files/Catsyl3_1_0_0_0/Catsyl3.application' to the Web site. Unable to add file 'Application Files\Catsyl3_1_0_0_0\Catsyl3.application'. The system cannot find the path specified.

The same basic error occurs two more times ending in '\Catsyl3.exe.deploy' and 'Catsyl3.exe.manifest'

I specified 'c:\Program Files' as the "location to publish" and accepted the defaults on all of the other prompts.

Catsyl3 is the project name.
