VB 2010 Need help making program -- Lua Executer --

So i am trying to make a program in Vb 2010 that executes a Lua script into a running process. I have an idea of the concept but i'm just unsure of what codes to use and how to use them for injection of a specific script type.

The program IS possible because there is one already made, i would just like to make my own.
