WaxyStudios.com is glad to announce the beginning of closed beta Uncivilized Neighbors (aka UN) .
A MMO game where the client is completely coded in VB.NET 2010.
Immerse yourself in a infinite 2d world that is totally barren of all plants, terrain,
and wildlife. YOU will build your own property. Build mines to acquire currency.
build houses to create spawn points. build streets, trees, even what kind of grass
you wish to walk on.
But beware your neighbors. They may seek to take your property from you.
For this you will need to build defense weapons. From bombs to turrets. (Much more to come!)
protect your land... or take over theirs!
For the start of the closed beta the world is limited to 1000x1000 tiles. full world size
has been tested and supports 10,000x10,000 tiles per world with multiple connected
worlds.
through the website you can access the market to buy new structures, create or join
team clans, or search member data to find who you wish to attack next.
(inventory in game is updated by clicking again on the build icon. no need to re-login)
The Closed Beta key will allow registration for a limited time. After that point new
members will be unable to join until it reaches open beta.
So grab it while it's closed beta and get a head start!
