VS 2010 Please please help with - my.settings

Hi all,

I use my.settings to save data in textboxes for next time it is opened. This all works fine when i test it on my computer.

Problem is when I input all the data, then put it online for my colleagues to download and use. All the data in the textboxes are reset to 0

PLEASE PLEASE HELP.
