VS 2010 Read from websites.

Hello,
I'd like to know if someone has an open-source for the following program.
This is an example of how it looks like:
First of all, lets choose a website. For this reason, i will choose VBForums.
So, on VBForums, we have many Categories, like Visual Studio.net, visual basic 6 and earlier and so on.

So i want on the program, to have all of these categories, but in a style i design, and when i press the category Visual Studio .net to open all the latest things that are writen in that categorie, and load them to the program, again with my style. So as result, i can do something like skin on a website.
