VS 2008 Exe file not loading on client computer

I convert an vb 6.0 project into dot net 2008 with framework 3.5.

My problem is that my this (converted) project is not loading on any client machine even i install require framework.
But my other projects that are in also in (dot net 2008, dot net 2010 and dot net 2012) are successfully loading on all of my clients computers.

Please help me about it
