VS 2010 [RESOLVED] Vscroll Bar

Hello, Ive got an issue and I hope someone can resolve this for me.

How do I get a vertical scroll bar to reveal more textboxes etc when scrolled.

Example:

Say i have a panel with a bunch of labels and textboxes but only 2 textboxes are seen. When i press the scroll down button the the VScrollbar its scrolls the panel down to reveal more textboxes etc does this make sense?
