Downloading Automatically a file from an .ASPX page

Hi, i'm working on this project, it requires real-time information from the market.
This is the page: http://matonline1.matba.com.ar/operaciones.aspx .

I need to automatically download a .csv file, the one you can get from the button on top of the table to the right.

What's the best way to do it?
