missing recognition program.?

hey have followed a guide on youtube :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9MdymHGxkE
everything seems to be fine until I debug'er so I get an error "No Source Available. an error occurred during the creation of the form. see Exception.InnerException for more information. fault is: there is not installed recognizer . "i have an idea whether it is a program I need to install but i dont not know which one? hope there is someone who can help :)
