VS 2010 Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 - Vista problem

Hello, I am realy having problem with installing application (created in Visual Basic Express 2010) on Vista. This problem is shown:

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to a failure in starting the process for the user instance. The connection will be closed.

Any sugestions for this problem...
