image gallery from database

hi i am attempting to create a image gallery using images stored in a vb database. now i know how to attach the image in a database BUT the issue is i have no idea
were to start for the image gallery. Like how do i create the pictureboxes and set the image from a database then create another one and so on.

This is a demo of what i am trying to achieve






please any help on getting me started would be mostly appreciated.
