[Help] How to make a ftp voice chat application?!

hey guys..

first of all.. i am totally newbie in vb.net..

and i have abig problem in my chat app.., and this problem is that.. it dosen't have avoice chat system in it.. like what dose teamspeak has..
which makes my chat app useless :/

any way.. would some one please.. tell me how to make it with a FTP server?!

i googled alot and found nothing useful till now :/

i just found the "TCP" things.. but i dont want it :/
and i dont know how to make it in a ftp server..

can i make it like.. when someone record voice by clicking abutton this voice bytes sends to a mp3/wav/text file then the chat app reads/download it automatically as a sound file so that everyone hears it? :/
if so.. then how? :o

Or can i make it like.. when someone click abutton it records its sound then upload it to a free hosting server then post the link in alistbox like aplaylist but for voices? :D
if so.. then first.. how to make the playlist.. second.. how to make it automatically plays and third.. where to upload the wav's to? <== i don't want to upload it to my ftp server for security reasons :/
i googled also for afree mp3/wav file uploading services with direct linking but found nothing useful aswell :/
maybe i have just got abad luck..

but how to make the app upload the sound files to it?!

i mean.. create aradio station and make every one talk in it via abutton? XD
and they hear it online via steaming..? :D
