[RESOLVED] How to hide the secondary(?) toolbar in a Crystal Report Viewer

I only put the (?) after secondary because I don't know what it's called...

That said, I have a crystal report viewing on a form that I'm calling a Report viewer. It's more or less just styled in ways to have the same feel as the rest of the program. However I have one bar left to hide, and for the life of me cannot find out how. I've ramped through numerous google searches, but with zero luck.

Attached is an image with the 'secondary toolbar' in question I want to hide...and yes I'm avoiding any workarounds, like moving it behind another object.

EDIT: I'm also trying to remove the border of the Crystal Report Viewer. The oddity I get here is I set the BorderStyle = None, and when I run the application it always reverts back to FixedSingle..very strange.
