VS 2012 Check if TextBox text has changed

Hi, so i have a question. How can i check if the textbox1 text has been changed compared to textbox2?

For Example:
TextBox1: Helloooooo!
TextBox2: Hello!

The correct one should be TextBox2. And TextBox1 should be made red.
