VS 2010 How to insert value to string key or create a string key inside a registry key

I want to insert a string value to a string key which is existing in a specific registry key
like this

Look i want to insert value for InstallPath which is a string key
how can i do this
and also i want to create a string key with a specific value in the existing registry key

any codes for it
