I understand how to use the Visual Studio interface to bind a database to form inputs. But I'm confused about how to access the data in the database from the code. I have a book I've read on Visual Basic, and it doesn't give any hints, only how to bind form elements to the dataset using Visual Studio. I've sifted through the documentation but am still confused about how this works.
A Binding Source connects to the DB, A Table Adapter connects to the binding Source, and a Dataset is made available. So there should be a way to access that dataset, but I'm struggling to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
