Problem with ClickOnce Publishing a Windows Form to the "C:" drive in VS2012 Express

I am trying to publish my first VS2012 Express App using the publish wizard.

I am following all of the Publish Wizard steps.

When I try to publish my new application, the file to publish to(in the Wizard ready to Publish screen): comes thru as "////C:/Program Files/MyNewProject" instead of "C:/Program Files/MyNewProject" (which is what I entered in the Wizard).

What am I doing wrong??
